Our views, thoughts and ideas – in fact, what makes IB Consultancy your partner in Defence and Security issues – may be summarised in six core values: openness, respect, integrity, sharing, exploring and excellence.

• Openness: We believe in communicating with our clients, employees, partners and associates in all openness and honesty. In a clear language for all to understand. There is one notable exception: we also believe in client confidentiality.
• Respect: We respect the thoughts, ideas, beliefs and views of others.
• Integrity: We feel responsible for our employees, our clients and society as a whole. Even if it means taking a loss.
• Sharing: Sharing our knowledge and expertise with our clients and networks is important to us. As is sharing life with our co-workers and families and sharing our mutual responsibility for society.
• Exploring: We will always seek and create new ideas, new ways and new processes to promote the well-being of society.
• Excellence: We will always strive for excellence and commit ourselves to support our clients to the best of our ability. Only the best solutions are good enough.

Actually, we do not sell products. Clients come to find solutions with us.
